Job Summary

What You'll Do

• Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into user-centered designs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Marketing Teams, and Stakeholders.
• Design digital assets for websites, social media, presentations, email campaigns, and product launches.
• Ensure consistency in branding and visual communication across all platforms.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree / HND in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional UI/UX and graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes and measurable business impact.
• Experience designing SaaS, web, mobile, or enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of accessibility, usability, and responsive design principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Startup experience.
• Experience designing AI-powered or data-driven applications.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and micro-interactions.
• Familiarity with user analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or Microsoft Clarity.
• Experience working with developers using modern design handoff tools.

Mandatory Certifications
Candidates must possess at least one of the following recognized certifications:
UX/UI Certifications:

• Google UX Design Professional Certificate
• Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g) UX Certification
• Certified User Experience Professional (CXUP)
• Human Factors International (HFI) Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)

Design Software Certifications:

• Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) – Photoshop
• Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) – Illustrator
• Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) – Visual Design

Additional Preferred Certifications:

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
• Design Thinking Certification (IDEO, IBM, or equivalent).
