We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Locations: Port Harcourt - Rivers, Benin - Edo, and Jos - Plateau
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: FMCG / Beverage

Job Overview

  • We are seeking ambitious, energetic, and target-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team in Port Harcourt, Benin, and Jos. The successful candidates will play a key role in driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding market share for our beverage products within their assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, visibility, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Execute trade promotions and sales activation initiatives to increase product penetration.
  • Gather and provide timely market intelligence, including competitor activities and consumer trends.
  • Ensure proper product placement and visibility across assigned territories.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales and activity reports as required.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with 3-5 years experience
  • Proven experience in beverage sales or FMCG sales is required.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage assigned territory effectively, and meet sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of the local market and distribution network is an added advantage.
  • Must reside in the location applied for (Port Harcourt, Benin, or Jos).
