We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

Job Summary

• Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for managing people, processes, and client relationships?
• We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team and oversee HR operations for a portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for assigned clients
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
• Serve as the primary HR contact for client accounts
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Handle employee relations matters and workplace concerns
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to clients
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resources
• Experience managing HR functions for multiple teams or clients is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of HR operations and employee relations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
