Job Summary

• We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Investment / Financial Advisor to provide clients with sound financial guidance and investment strategies.
• The ideal candidate will help individuals and businesses grow and protect their wealth by recommending suitable financial products and managing client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ financial goals, risk tolerance, and current financial position
• Develop personalized financial and investment plans
• Recommend appropriate investment products (stocks, mutual funds, bonds, etc.)
• Monitor market trends and adjust client portfolios accordingly
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Prospect and onboard new clients through networking and referrals
• Educate clients on financial planning, savings, and wealth management strategies

KPIs / Performance Metrics

• Assets Under Management (AUM) growth
• Client acquisition and retention rate
• Portfolio performance vs. benchmarks
• Revenue generated from advisory services.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• Proven experience as a Financial Advisor, Investment Advisor, or similar role
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, CIS) are an added advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism

Salary Range
N1,200,000 - N1,500,000 / Month.
