We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Manager (Hardware, Enterprise Applications & Facility Management)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise IT infrastructure, hardware assets, and network systems
• Oversee enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and systems administration
• Ensure system security, data protection, backups, and disaster recovery readiness
• Support office IT operations and facility technology management
• Manage access controls, endpoints, and cybersecurity protocols
• Coordinate IT procurement, vendor management, and technical support operations
• Support implementation of enterprise productivity, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, operational standards, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years experiencein IT infrastructure and enterprise systems management
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, cloud infrastructure,Zoho Suiteand ERP systems
• Experience within fintech, banking, payments, or technology environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of networking, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and IT operations
• Experience managing hybrid work environments and multiple operational projects
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Professional certifications in relevant IT or project management fields are an added advantage.
