Job Title: Digital Sales & Community Executive

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• Responsible for managing Banex Mall's online presence, generating digital leads, and converting social media engagement into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp channels
• Create engaging content
• Run live selling sessions
• Respond to inquiries and customer messages
• Generate leads and sales online
• Build and engage online communities.

KPI

• Leads generated
• Followers gained
• Engagement rate
• Sales closed.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or BSc Degree
• Experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or Online Sales
• Strong content creation skills
• Good customer engagement skills
• Familiarity with social media analytics and digital tools.
