Job Summary

• As a Day Spa Therapist you will be responsible for delivering high-quality wellness and beauty treatments that enhance guest relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being.
• The role requires technical expertise, excellent customer service, and the ability to create a calming, luxurious experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities
Treatment Delivery:

• Perform a wide range of spa treatments, including:
• Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and Aromatherapy massages
• Facials (hydrating, anti-aging, acne treatments, etc.)
• Body treatments (scrubs, wraps, exfoliation)
• Body sculpting and wellness therapies (if applicable)
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments
• Customize services based on skin type, health conditions, and client preferences.

Client Experience & Customer Service:

• Greet clients warmly and conduct self in a professional manner.
• Maintain a calm, welcoming, and discreet environment
• Educate clients on aftercare and wellness routines
• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits
• Handle client concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.

Hygiene & Safety Standards:

• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols before and after treatments
• Ensure treatment rooms, tools, and equipment are clean and well-organized
• Follow all health, safety, and infection control guidelines
• Properly handle spa products and equipment.

Product Knowledge & Retail:

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of spa products and ingredients
• Recommend suitable skincare and wellness products to clients.

Operational Support:

• Prepare treatment rooms before each session
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.

Professional Conduct:

• Maintain a polished appearance and adhere to spa grooming standards
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members and management
• Stay updated on new treatments, techniques, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

• Certification or Diploma
• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist (preferably in a luxury spa environment)
• Knowledge of various massage techniques and skincare treatments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
