Job Title: Content Creator

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, innovative, and results-driven Content Creator to develop engaging digital content that enhances brand awareness, promotes products and services, and drives customer engagement across multiple platforms.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong storytelling abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience creating high-quality content for social media, websites, blogs, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
• Create compelling content including articles, blog posts, social media posts, videos, graphics, and promotional materials.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms to increase audience engagement and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create content that supports product promotions and business growth.
• Research industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to generate relevant content ideas.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publication of content.
• Optimize content for SEO and digital marketing performance.
• Monitor content performance metrics and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in organizing and covering company events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Ensure all content adheres to the company's brand guidelines and communication standards.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 - 5 years work experience.  

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar software.
• Experience with social media management platforms and analytics tools.
• Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and video editing.
• Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
