In 2020, the real estate component of the business was separated from the consultancy and began operating as Property Question Nigeria Limited. The company was formally incorporated as a private limited liability entity by the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria in the year 2025.

Job Description / Responsibilities
The Real Estate Marketing Manager shall be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and execution of all marketing activities related to the company’s real estate portfolio.
The primary duties include:
Marketing Strategy Development: Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote property listings, drive investor interest, and enhance brand visibility for Property Question Nigeria Limited.
Sales Support and Lead Generation: Collaborating with the sales team to generate high-quality leads, converting marketing enquiries into viable sales opportunities, and tracking the customer journey from initial contact to closure.
Digital and Traditional Campaign Management: Overseeing all marketing channels including social media, email marketing, search engine optimisation, print media, and outdoor advertising to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Market Research and Analysis: Conducting ongoing analysis of real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform pricing strategies and promotional efforts.
Reporting and Performance Tracking: Preparing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance reports, including key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, return on investment, and sales figures.
Content Creation and Management: Directing the production of marketing collateral including property brochures, virtual tours, professional photography, and video content.
Budget Management: Planning and managing the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective allocation of resources while maximising sales outcomes.
Brand Custodianship: Ensuring all marketing communications adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and professional standards.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate shall possess the following skills:
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think innovatively and develop unconventional marketing solutions without requiring constant supervision. The role demands a capacity to think outside the box.
Analytical Proficiency: Strong ability to interpret sales and marketing data, draw actionable insights, and adjust campaigns accordingly.
Reporting Competence: Proficiency in using Google Workspace (including Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides) for preparing and submitting accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Sales-Driven Mindset: Demonstrated capability to align marketing activities directly with sales targets and revenue generation.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, suitable for professional client interactions and internal reporting.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Advanced knowledge of social media advertising, search engine marketing, email automation, and content management systems.
Time Management: Ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks effectively, and meet strict reporting deadlines without the need for micro-management.
Education
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from a recognised institution of higher learning.
A postgraduate degree or professional certification in Marketing (such as a diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing) or Real Estate Studies shall be considered an added advantage.
Experience:
A minimum of five years of progressive working experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
Within those five years, the candidate must have served in a Marketing Manager role or an equivalent senior marketing position within a real estate firm.
Proven track record of successfully driving property sales through structured marketing campaigns.
Remuneration
N300,000 - N350,000 monthly
