We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Lugbe, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager on behalf of Fabric Butik to drive business growth, expand market presence, and develop strategic partnerships within the textile and fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, retailers, manufacturers, and corporate clients.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Generate leads, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company’s textile products and services.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints to maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Prepare periodic sales forecasts, business development reports, and market analysis reports.
  • Identify opportunities for product diversification and market expansion.
  • Collaborate with management to develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of textile products, production processes, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
