We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architect

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Architect will be responsible for the planning, design coordination, and supervision of architectural projects within the organization.
• The role involves developing innovative design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with project teams to deliver high-quality residential and commercial developments in line with company standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed construction drawings for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare presentations, layouts, 3D visualizations, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, quantity surveyors, contractors, and other consultants to ensure project efficiency.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project execution to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
• Review and approve architectural materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
• Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities.
• Identify and resolve design and construction-related challenges promptly.
• Prepare reports, project updates, and technical documentation.
• Support value engineering initiatives to optimize cost and functionality.
• Attend project meetings and provide professional architectural guidance.
• Ensure timely delivery of architectural milestones and project objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
• 4–7 years relevant experience in architectural design and project supervision.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, ArchiCAD, or related tools.
• Strong understanding of building construction processes and regulations.
• Excellent design, presentation, and visualization skills.
• Good project coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Membership with relevant professional bodies is an added advantage.
