About the Role

• Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Facility Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of company facilities.
• The ideal candidate will ensure that office buildings, warehouses, equipment, and utilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain company facilities, offices, warehouses, and operational equipment.
• Coordinate routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
• Supervise facility vendors, contractors, cleaners, security personnel, and maintenance service providers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage utility services including electricity, water supply, generators, and air-conditioning systems.
• Identify facility-related issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and facility expenses.
• Support office renovations, space management, and facility improvement projects.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure workplace safety standards are maintained.
• Prepare facility management reports and recommendations for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Facility Management, Engineering, Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years' experience in facility management, preferably in a logistics, warehousing, or freight forwarding environment.
• Good knowledge of building maintenance, health and safety regulations, and vendor management.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of warehouse facility operations.
• Experience managing generators, HVAC systems, and utility services.
• Certification in Health & Safety or Facility Management will be an added advantage.
