Property Question Nigeria Limited originated in 2007 as Pro Marketing Consult, a professional marketing consultancy. In 2020, the real estate component of the business was separated from the consultancy and began operating as Property Question Nigeria Limited. The company was formally incorporated as a private limited liability entity by the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria in the year 2025.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Driver

Location: Ogba, Lagos

Job Description / Responsibilities

• The Driver shall be responsible for the safe, efficient, and professional transportation of company personnel, clients, and documents in support of the company’s real estate operations.
• The specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• -Transporting real estate advisors, managers, and potential clients to property sites, client meetings, and regulatory offices in a safe and timely manner.
• Assisting with the delivery and collection of sensitive documents, including property title deeds, offer letters, and contracts, to and from the Corporate Affairs Commission, legal offices, and financial institutions.
• Maintaining the cleanliness, mechanical soundness, and roadworthiness of the company vehicle at all times.
• Conducting daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, including checks on oil, fuel, tyres, brakes, and lights.
• Submitting a daily log of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents to the administrative officer using Google Workspace tools where required.
• Providing courteous and professional assistance to clients during property site visits, including opening doors, navigating rough terrain, and ensuring passenger comfort.
• Reporting any vehicle defects, accidents, or traffic violations immediately to management.
• Adhering to all Nigerian traffic laws and company safety protocols.
• Performing light logistical support duties, such as picking up marketing materials or office supplies, as directed by management.

Education

• A minimum of a Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or its equivalent.
• Any additional training in defensive driving, vehicle maintenance, or first aid shall be an added advantage.

Experience:

• A minimum of three years of professional driving experience, preferably within a corporate or real estate environment.
• Demonstrable experience driving for a business where client transportation and document handling were regular duties.

Required Skills:

• Valid Nigerian Driver’s Licence with appropriate classification for light or commercial vehicles, as determined by the company.
• Proven defensive driving skills and a clean driving record with no history of major traffic offences.
• Good knowledge of major roads, alternative routes, and traffic patterns within Nigeria, particularly in areas with real estate developments.
• Basic mechanical knowledge to identify minor faults and perform routine checks (oil, water, tyres, etc.).
• Strong time management and route planning abilities to ensure punctuality for client appointments.
• Professional customer service orientation, including polite communication and discretion when dealing with clients and confidential information.
• Ability to work independently without the need for micro-management, especially when assigned to remote property locations.
• Basic digital literacy to submit reports using Google Workspace (such as Google Forms or Google Sheets) when required.

Other Requirements:

• The position is strictly results-oriented and is not a sign-in and sign-out role. The successful candidate shall be valuated on trip punctuality, vehicle condition, report submission, and professional conduct.
• The candidate must demonstrate the ability to submit daily trip logs and weekly vehicle status reports consistently and on time.
• A proven capacity to navigate independently, solve basic logistical problems, and remain calm in heavy traffic or challenging road conditions is essential.
• The candidate must be willing to work flexible hours, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends, depending on client property viewing schedules.
• A clear criminal record and verifiable previous employment history are required.

Remuneration

• The remuneration package for the Driver position shall be competitive and based on experience (N100,000 -  N150,000)
