About the Role

• We are a premium Construction and Real Estate firm operating in the heart of Lagos. We are seeking a strategic, high energy, and results-driven Head Marketer to lead our marketing initiatives, drive high-value property sales, and elevate our brand presence in the luxury market.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to promote our luxury residential and commercial developments.
• Lead Generation: Drive high-quality lead generation through targeted digital campaigns, offline activations, and high-net-worth individual (HNWI) networking.
• Brand Positioning: Oversee corporate branding, property launches, and public relations to position the company as a top-tier developer.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and pricing frameworks.
• Content & Digital Oversight: Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure top-notch digital assets, property listings, and social media engagement.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (an MBA or professional certification is a plus).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience strictly within the Real Estate or Construction industry.
• Network: A solid, verifiable network of HNWIs, corporate clients, and real estate brokers.
• Skills: Strong expertise in luxury brand marketing, digital marketing, negotiation, and high-ticket sales conversion.
• Location: Proximity to Ikoyi or willingness to commute easily is highly preferred.

Salary
N500,000 per month.
