Job Title: Personal Driver

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a responsible, safety-conscious, and highly professional Personal Driver to provide secure, efficient, and reliable transportation services.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent driving skills, discretion, professionalism, and a strong commitment to safety and service excellence.

Core Focus Areas & Key Responsibilities
Safe Transportation Services:

• Provide safe, timely, and efficient transportation.
• Plan routes effectively to ensure punctuality.
• Comply with all traffic regulations and safety requirements.

Vehicle Management:

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of assigned vehicle(s).
• Monitor fuel levels and report maintenance requirements promptly.

Logistics & Operational Support:

• Support official errands and assigned logistics activities.
• Maintain accurate vehicle movement and mileage records.
• Ensure availability of valid vehicle documents at all times.

Security, Confidentiality & Professional Conduct:

• Maintain confidentiality of information and assignments.
• Exercise sound judgment and professionalism at all times.
• Report incidents, accidents, or security concerns immediately.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Qualifications:

• Minimum of SSCE / WAEC / OND qualification.
• Valid Nigerian Driver's License.
• Defensive driving certification is an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years progressive driving experience as a Personal Driver, Executive Driver, or Corporate Driver.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent knowledge of Lagos road networks and traffic patterns.
• Strong vehicle maintenance awareness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management and reliability.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

Person Specification
The ideal candidate must:

• Reside in Lagos.
• Possess a clean driving record.
• Be physically fit and medically sound.
• Demonstrate good grooming and professional conduct.
• Be dependable, courteous, and service-oriented.
