Job Description

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support efficient warehouse operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• The successful candidate will coordinate the receipt, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• The role requires monitoring stock movements, maintaining accurate inventory records, and working closely with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless product flow.
• The ideal candidate is organized, results-driven, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Coordinate daily warehouse
• operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate recording of all stock movements within the warehouse.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Plan and coordinate the timely dispatch of products to meet customer service and distribution requirements.
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation, including goods receipts, stock transfers, returns, and dispatch records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, quality requirements, and warehouse operating procedures.
• Track inbound and outbound inventory to minimize stock losses, damages, and variances. Support the implementation of inventory control and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain and Sales teams to ensure seamless material flow, timely order fulfillment, and optimal stock availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years' warehouse experience in FMCG. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles (FIFO/FEFO).
• Experience relevant ERP platforms. Good understanding of warehouse operations
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
