Job Title: Managing Director / CEO – Insurance Brokerage

Job Summary

• Are you an experienced insurance brokerage leader with a track record of building businesses, driving profitability, and leading high-performing teams?
• A newly established insurance brokerage business is seeking a Managing Director / CEO to lead its growth strategy, expand market presence, and drive sustainable profitability.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
• Membership of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN).
• Membership of the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB).
• Current NCRIB Membership Clearance Certificate.
• Minimum 10 years' insurance brokerage experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role.
• Proven track record of business growth, profitability, and strategic leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Compensation

• Base Salary: Salary: N12,000,000 – N16,000,000 per annum.
• Attractive Variable Pay / Commission Structure.
