Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Coordinator to support telecom tower maintenance operations through data management, performance monitoring, compliance reporting, and maintenance analytics.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of operational reports while supporting decision-making across maintenance and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, consolidate, and analyze maintenance reports from field operations, monitoring platforms, and maintenance management systems.
• Review maintenance logs, work orders, inspection reports, and service documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
• Monitor and track key maintenance performance indicators (KPIs), service-level agreements (SLAs), and downtime trends across assigned regions.
• Support regulatory compliance reporting and maintain documentation required by internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with field teams, contractors, and regional managers to address reporting discrepancies, data gaps, and outstanding maintenance records.
• Maintain and update maintenance databases, asset registers, and historical infrastructure records.
• Generate periodic operational, performance, and management reports to support business decision-making.
• Identify trends, risks, and areas for operational improvement through data analysis and reporting.
• Ensure timely submission of reports in accordance with organizational and client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure operations, maintenance reporting, asset management, or the telecommunications industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation.
• Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or similar asset management platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N250,000 per month.
