We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Relationship Officer

Locations: Lokoja - Kogi, and Jos - Plateau 
Employment Type: Contract

Summary

• OmniPay Limited is looking for a target-driven Relationship Officer to acquire, onboard, and manage FMCG distributors, wholesalers, and retailers within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily activities of field agents
• Drive weekly and monthly onboarding, KYC, and activation targets
• Review field reports and track KPIs such as visits, POS deployment, and GMV
• Conduct joint field visits to monitor productivity and coach team members
• Analyze field data, identify gaps, and submit performance reports
• Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
• 1 - 3 years’ experience in field sales, FMCG, fintech, microfinance, or lending
• Strong sales, leadership communication, and relationship management skills
• Prior experience supervising sales agents or field teams
• Proficiency in the use of MS EXCEL.

Salary
N200,000 monhtly + Incentives.
