Job Title: Mixologist

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and experienced Mixologist to craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and contribute to a vibrant hospitality environment.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of cocktails, beverage preparation, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages
• Develop innovative drink recipes and seasonal beverage menus
• Ensure consistency in drink quality, taste, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management
• Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and engage professionally with guests
• Recommend beverages based on customer preferences

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage trends
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Creative and detail-oriented approach to beverage preparation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Certification in Mixology or Hospitality is an added advantage
