Description

• We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to support nurses and other healthcare professionals in providing quality patient care.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to assist patients with daily living activities while maintaining high standards of hygiene and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the nursing team.
• Support nurses during patient care procedures and routine assessments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient care areas.
• Assist in transporting patients within the facility when required.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established healthcare protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum of a relevant healthcare qualification or certification in Nursing Assistance, Health Care Assistance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and attentive to detail.
• Basic knowledge of patient care and infection control practices.

Salary
N50,000 monthly.
