We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Trainer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs for Sales, Operations, and Business Development teams
  • Conduct continuous learning sessions for new and existing staff
  • Develop training materials and manuals.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Full ownership of training outcomes and be accountable for measurable results.
  • Track post-training performance and ensure knowledge translates into improved productivity and revenue.
  • Identify skill gaps and implement targeted interventions to close them
  • And any other task assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc. Degree or related fields
  • 2 - 3 years’ relevant work experience
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles
  • Result-driven mindset with demonstrated impact on team performance
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, for creating engaging and professional training content
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
