Description

• We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Customer Service / Sales Closer to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, and converting prospective leads into paying customers.
• The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be confident when interacting with clients, and have the ability to build trust and maintain positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Explain company services clearly and professionally.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Record customer interactions and update CRM systems.
• Handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Proven experience in customer service or sales (preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Confident, friendly, and target-driven personality.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot CRM, or similar tools is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of social media communication (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook).
