Job Title: Sachet Packaging Machine Operator

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Sachet Packaging Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) packaging machines used in seasoning sachet production.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient machine operation, product quality, minimal downtime, and compliance with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor VFFS sachet packaging machines.
• Set up machines for production runs and product changeovers.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate filling, sealing, coding, and packaging quality.
• Troubleshoot minor machine faults and escalate major issues when necessary.
• Minimize machine downtime and material wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of machines and work areas.
• Adhere to GMP, food safety, and workplace safety requirements.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams to achieve production targets.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND or Technical Certification.
• At least 2 years of experience operating Pakona machines or other VFFS packaging machines.
• Experience in food manufacturing or seasoning production will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of machine setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and packaging quality standards.
• Knowledge of GMP, food safety, and workplace safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
