Job Title: Architect

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the development of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• The successful candidate will ensure that designs meet client requirements, regulatory standards, project budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, drawings, and project plans.
• Prepare detailed construction documents and specifications.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Ensure all designs comply with building regulations, zoning laws, and industry standards.
• Review project requirements and provide creative, functional, and cost-effective design solutions.
• Coordinate with consultants and project teams to resolve design and construction issues.
• Prepare project presentations, reports, and design proposals.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and construction technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, ArchiCAD, or other relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and architectural standards.
• Excellent design, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional certification or membership with relevant professional bodies is an added advantage.

Salary
N450,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
