Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Onikan, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Engineer – AutoCAD / Dialux / Quantity Surveying (QS) will be responsible for developing lighting designs, preparing project estimates, and supporting the successful delivery of lighting projects.
• The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong analytical and project coordination skills.

What You'll Do

• Create lighting layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD and Dialux.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bills of quantities for projects.
• Review project requirements and provide technical recommendations.
• Support project planning, execution, and documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Assist with lighting calculations and system specifications.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in engineering, lighting design, quantity surveying, or a related field.
• Experienced in Quantity Surveying and project estimation and practical knowledge in the use of Dialux & AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of lighting systems and basic electrical engineering principles.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
