Job Title: Civil Engineer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for site supervision, project coordination, quality control, cost management, and ensuring that all construction activities are executed in accordance with approved specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on project sites.
• Review engineering drawings, designs, and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Prepare project reports, budgets, cost estimates, and work schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges on site.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor the use of construction materials and resources to minimize waste.
• Provide regular project updates to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years relevant experience in civil engineering and construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other relevant engineering software.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional certification or membership with relevant engineering bodies is an added advantage.

Salary
N450,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
