Job Summary

• The Business Growth Manager (Training Services) is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling the organization's training solutions to corporate clients and individual learners.
• The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, generating leads, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.
• The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with a strong commercial mindset, proven experience selling training or professional services, and a passion for business development and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of training programs (corporate & individuals).
• Identify, prospect and close new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Drive business and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years proven sales experience (preferably in training, consulting or B2B services.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling intangible services (not just products) is critical.
