Job Title: Certified Builder

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a qualified and certified Builder to oversee building construction projects and ensure that all works are executed in accordance with approved specifications, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong technical knowledge of building technology, site management, construction processes, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on project sites.
• Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor construction progress and provide regular project updates.
• Coordinate artisans, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship throughout project execution.
• Prepare work schedules, project reports, and site documentation.
• Manage project resources efficiently to minimize waste and control costs.
• Identify construction challenges and provide practical solutions.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Building Technology.
• Must be a Certified Builder with relevant professional certification.
• Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in building construction and site management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and project management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant construction management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.

Salary
N450,000 Monthly
