We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for active, optimistic, and goal-oriented Sales Executives who are passionate about real estate sales and customer engagement.
  • The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, marketing properties, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and promote the company's real estate properties to prospective clients.
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
  • Conduct property presentations, inspections, and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Negotiate and close property sales transactions.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Stay informed about market trends and property offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, marketing, insurance, banking, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media sales techniques is an added advantage.
