We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Investment Advisor (Real Estate), Luxury Properties

Location: ICS Drive, Wuse, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

 Responsibilities

• Generate and close real estate investment and property sales opportunities.
• Maintain a strong social media presence and use it to attract and engage potential investors.
• Possess an active network of business professionals, investors, and potential clients.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and prospects ready for follow-up and conversion.
• Build and sustain relationships with existing and prospective investors.
• Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and investment consultations.
• Provide clients with accurate information and guidance on real estate investment opportunities.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and investment targets.
• Represent the company professionally at networking events and business engagements.
• Stay informed about real estate market trends and investment opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales, marketing, or investment advisory.
• Strong social media presence with the ability to generate leads online.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
• Existing database or access to potential investors and property buyers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting targets.

Salary
N150,000 - N350,000 per month.
