Job Summary

• A real estate digital marketing professional drives property sales and brand visibility through strategic online campaigns. They oversee SEO, paid advertising, and social media to capture high-quality leads.
• Responsibilities typically include managing ad budgets, creating virtual property tours, running email campaigns, and analyzing campaign ROI

Core Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Build and optimize marketing funnels to turn online prospects into property buyers, investors, or tenants.
• Campaign Management: Execute Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and Social Media (Meta/Instagram) advertising for specific property listings and housing developments.
• Content Creation: Produce visually engaging content, including property walkthrough videos, neighborhood guides, and email newsletters.
• Local SEO: Enhance the agency’s online presence so properties rank at the top of search engine results for local real estate inquiries.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like website traffic, cost-per-lead (CPL), and conversion rates to optimize marketing spend.

 Salary
N300,000 - N600,000 per month.
