We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support executive operations, scheduling, planning, and administrative coordination within a fast-paced work environment.
  • The ideal candidate must be intentional, detail-oriented, educated, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while staying up to date with modern digital tools and workplace systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and reminders.
  • Coordinate schedules, follow-ups, and daily operational activities.
  • Assist with planning, budgeting, reporting, and administrative tasks.
  • Organise digital documents, records, and files using Google Drive and related tools.
  • Prepare meeting notes, task updates, and operational summaries when required.
  • Support project coordination and ensure timely task execution.
  • Maintain effective communication and workflow across teams.
  • Use AI tools and digital productivity systems to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor timelines and deadlines, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • And other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be a university graduate.
  • Strong computer and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Drive, calendar management, and scheduling tools.
  • AI-savvy and familiar with modern productivity tools.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, focused, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to think proactively and solve problems efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with budget planning and operational coordination.
  • Familiarity with Notion, Trello, Slack, or related productivity tools is a plus.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

What You’ll Gain
