We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin / Operations Manager

Location: Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative and operational activities of the organization.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency.
  • Manage office facilities, assets, supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, logistics, and operational resources.
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and procurement processes.
  • Prepare operational reports and management updates.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide leadership for operational teams.
  • Support project implementation and organizational events.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other professionals to discuss and resolve project issues
  • Review workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met
  • Monitor progress and prepare reports for top management
  • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and other third parties
  • Review blueprints and other plans to determine how best to implement a new construction project

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years' experience in administration, operations, or management roles.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work under pressure.
  • Strong financial and budget management skills will be an added advantage.
