We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bid and Tender Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Identify, monitor, and evaluate tender opportunities within the oil and gas sector.
• Lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of technical and commercial bids and proposals.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including NUPRC and NCDMB guidelines.
• Coordinate inputs from engineering, commercial, legal, and project teams during bid preparation.
• Review tender documents and develop bid strategies to enhance competitiveness.
• Maintain bid documentation, tender records, and proposal databases.
• Support EPC project teams in contract negotiations and post-award activities.
• Prepare management reports on bid activities, outcomes, and opportunities.
