We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Account Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, generating and converting leads into sales, managing client relationships, and supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns and awareness initiatives.
  • The role requires a proactive and target-driven individual capable of identifying business opportunities and maintaining strong client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and nurture client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service offerings to prospective clients.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and awareness programs to promote the company's services.
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, lead generation, and client engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for business expansion and revenue growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years' experience in sales, business development, account management, or client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets.
