Job Title: Cleaner

Reports To: Admin Officer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, proactive, and dependable Janitor / Office Support Assistant to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while providing basic administrative and operational support.
• The ideal candidate should be educated, possess good communication skills, demonstrate initiative, and show the potential to grow into an administrative or support role within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, meeting rooms, reception areas, and other company facilities.
• Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and disinfect designated areas.
• Empty waste bins and ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Replenish cleaning and sanitary supplies as required.
• Monitor facility cleanliness and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure a safe and hygienic working environment at all times.

Office Support Duties:

• Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and document distribution.
• Support administrative staff with routine office tasks.
• Run official errands as assigned.
• Assist in receiving visitors and directing them appropriately.
• Support meeting room preparation and office setup activities.
• Maintain proper storage and organization of office supplies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of SSCE/WAEC qualification.
• OND qualification is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in janitorial, office assistant, or support roles is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to read and write effectively in English.
