Job Title: Sales Account Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The Sales Account Officer is responsible for managing customer accounts, driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• The role involvesn maintaining existing accounts, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Identify and acquire new clients to increase revenue.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Monitor customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Prepare periodic sales and account performance reports.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
