Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and results - driven Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence across multiple platforms.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing online communities, increasing brand awareness, and driving audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Manage and grow the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and others.
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling campaigns.
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns when required.
• Generate leads and drive traffic through effective social media marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 – 2 years of proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
• Excellent content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
• Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
