We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Driller

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Driller.
• The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with modern drilling rigs, a solid understanding of VFD systems, and confident joystick control of rig operation on the job site.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain rotary and joystick drilling rig.
• Control rig functions via joystick and computerized panels
• Operate Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) systems
• Run casings, liners, screens, and completion
• TLC running operation
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Prepare daily field reports and maintain equipment logs.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of proven drilling experience
• ⁠Minimum of a Degree in Engineering or related fields
• Demonstrated VFD operation and basic fault-finding skills
• Proficiency with joystick-controlled drilling rigs
• Valid rig operator certification or equivalent
• Valid IWCF.
