We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title:  Creative Lead, Branding & Marketing

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

The Role

  • We are looking for a Creative Lead to co-lead our branding and marketing function - defining, protecting and evolving BottleKing’s visual identity while raising the creative bar across every touchpoint.
  • You are both strategist and maker: equally at home setting the creative vision and executing it hands-on. You turn commercial objectives into concepts that build awareness, desire and sales and you bring the discipline to ship them consistently, on brand and on time.

What You’ll Own
Brand strategy & stewardship:

  • Own and evolve BottleKing’s brand identity, positioning and visual standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive brand guidelines and hold the line on them.
  • Ensure a consistent, premium expression across every customer touchpoint.
  • Drive initiatives that deepen brand recognition and perception.

Creative direction:

  • Lead the concept and execution of campaigns, from brief to delivery.
  • Write sharp creative briefs and art-direct photography, video, advertising and events.
  • Set and enforce a high quality bar across all creative output.

Campaigns & commerce:

  • Partner with marketing to build integrated, channel-spanning campaigns.
  • Translate launches, promotions and seasonal moments into compelling creative.
  • Bring ideas that differentiate BottleKing from competition.

Content & design leadership:

  • Lead designers, content creators, photographers, videographers and freelancers.
  • Review and approve creative assets before they go live.
  • Oversee production across social, web, email, digital ads, print and event branding.

Digital & social:

  • Guide content direction across social platforms and bottleking.ng.
  • Spot emerging creative trends and act on them early.
  • Use campaign insight and audience data to sharpen creative performance.

Production & project management:

  • Own creative calendars and production timelines.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Deliver multiple campaigns at once — on time and on budget.

How Success Is Measured

  • Brand consistency across channels.
  • Campaign reach and engagement.
  • Growth in brand awareness and audience.
  • On-time creative delivery and asset turnaround.
  • Quality and effectiveness of creative output.
  • Contribution to leads, sales and revenue.

What You’ll Bring
Experience:

  • 5+ years in creative direction, brand management, advertising or marketing.
  • A track record of building and managing brands and leading creative teams.
  • A strong portfolio spanning branding, campaign development and creative leadership.

Capabilities:

  • Exceptional branding and visual storytelling.
  • A real grasp of marketing and consumer behaviour.
  • Advanced command of design principles and process.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The judgement to balance creativity with commercial reality.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management.

Tools:

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Figma or similar design tools.
  • Social content creation tools.
  • Working knowledge of video production and editing.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and analytics.

Nice to Have:

  • Background in retail, e-commerce, lifestyle, luxury, hospitality, FMCG or consumer brands.
  • Fluency in digital content trends and social-first marketing.
  • Experience leading brand refreshes or rebrands.
