Job Title: Supervisor

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure operational excellence within our Dry Hair product category.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff within the Dry Hair category.
• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve efficiency and customer service standards.
• Ensure proper merchandising, product display, and stock replenishment.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent stock shortages.
• Maintain product knowledge and provide guidance on Dry Hair category products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Conduct routine performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with management to implement strategies that improve sales and operational efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Mandatory: Previous supervisory experience within the Dry Hair category.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of Dry Hair products, market trends, and customer needs.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
