Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Medical Sales Representative who can lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team while driving business growth across assigned territories.

Job Summary

• The Senior Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies, and other key stakeholders.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare practitioners and key decision-makers.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of medical sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for assigned territories.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, training, and support.
• Prepare sales reports, market intelligence, competitor analysis, and performance updates.
• Organize and participate in medical presentations, product launches, conferences, and promotional activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• At least 2 years of experience managing or supervising a sales team.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
