Resurgir Consulting - Our client is a renewable energy solutions provider offering both on-grid and off-grid power solutions. It serves individuals, SMEs, government institutions, and other organizations seeking cost-effective, reliable, and sustainable electricity solutions.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Support (Female)

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

  • Ideal candidate will assist the sales team in generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, preparing sales documentation, and supporting business development activities.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and the ability to build trust with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify leads.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and prospects.
  • Conduct client meetings and product presentations.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
  • Educate customers on renewable energy solutions and products.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools.
  • Conduct market and competitor research.
  • Support customer onboarding and KYC documentation.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Handle customer objections and negotiations professionally.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Contribute towards achieving sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • HND/B.Sc. in a relevant discipline.
  • 1–2 years of sales or business development experience.
  • Age Range: 24–28 Years
  • Basic solar energy literacy.
  • Knowledge of consultative selling techniques.
  • Basic product and competitor knowledge.
  • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
  • Good report-writing and documentation skills.
  • High level of integrity and KYC discipline.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer management skills.
  • Ability to communicate in local languages is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
