Job Title: Executive Driver

Location: VI (Akin Adeshola), Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable, professional, and safety-conscious Driver to provide transportation services for company personnel, executives, and official assignments.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely transportation, maintaining the assigned vehicle in excellent condition, and adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport company staff, executives, clients, and visitors to designated locations.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to assigned schedules.
• Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any faults, damages, or maintenance needs promptly.
• Monitor fuel levels and ensure the vehicle is adequately fueled at all times.
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
• Assist with the delivery and collection of documents, parcels, and other company items when required.
• Plan efficient routes to avoid delays and ensure timely arrival at destinations.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and executive movements.
• Support other administrative or logistics-related duties as assigned.

Requirements
Education:

• Minimum of Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent.

Experience:

• 2 - 5 years of proven driving experience in a corporate, executive, or similar environment.

Skills and Competencies:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of road networks and traffic regulations.
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Defensive driving certification is an added advantage.
• Experience driving senior executives or management personnel.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning.

Working Conditions:

• May require occasional overtime, weekend work, or travel depending on business needs.
• Must be physically fit and able to sit for extended periods while driving.

• Competitive salary (N120,000 - N150,000 monthly)
