Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Chikatina Hairs is looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales team in achieving business growth and revenue targets.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily sales operations, monitoring team performance, developing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • The successful candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team.
  • Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure goals are achieved.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to improve productivity and performance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
  • Monitor customer engagement and ensure a high standard of customer service.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare periodic sales performance reports.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support lead-generation activities.
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure proper stock knowledge among sales staff and maintain product awareness.
  • Collaborate with management on promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an HND / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in sales, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience in the beauty, hair, fashion, or retail industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
