Job Title: Client Investment Advisor

Overview

• We are seeking a Client Investment Advisor who will be the first point of contact for our prospective and existing clients.
• The ideal candidate will blend premium customer service, front-desk management, and sales support, guiding prospects through first-level enquiries, capture leads, support high-level consultations, and assist with vital onboarding documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, warmly receive office visitors, respond to introductory WhatsApp/website enquiries, and professionally manage the front desk and reception experience.
• Methodically record every new inquiry, capturing crucial details including name, contact info, country of interest, family size, budget, lead source, and status.
• Attend approved client meetings, handle consultation scheduling, prepare meeting materials, and represent the business professionally both in-office and at external meetings.
• Stay in touch with prospects post-consultation, send approved corporate brochures, remind clients about outstanding items, and continuously update the lead tracker.
• Collect essential onboarding documents from clients, carefully cross-check them against approved checklists, and hand them over to the Operations Manager.
• Assist in preparing client proposals using approved company templates and swiftly escalate high-value prospects to the CEO or Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Experience in Banking, Customer Service, Sales, Client Relations, Travel, Real Estate, Investment, or Immigration/advisory services is highly preferred.
• Presentable, highly articulate, and confident when interacting with high-net-worth individuals. Possesses excellent written communication skills for professional WhatsApp and email exchanges.
• Comfortable working strictly with corporate checklists, master trackers, and structured data entry.
• Highly trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive, confidential client financial and personal information with utmost care.
• Trainable, eager to learn, and capable of quickly mastering the intricacies of global citizenship and residency by investment programs.
