Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, improve efficiency, and ensure the effective delivery of services.
• The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily business operations.
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Supervise and support departmental teams.
• Monitor operational performance and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Manage resources, budgets, and operational schedules.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Previous operations, administration, or management experience is an advantage.
