Job Title: Content Creator (Real Estate Marketing)

Location: Abraham Adesanya, Ajah - Lagos

Description

• Are you creative, confident on camera, and passionate about creating engaging content? We are looking for an experienced Content Creator to join our growing real estate marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging video and photo content for social media platforms.
• Appear confidently in videos, property tours, promotional campaigns, and brand content.
• Develop creative content ideas that drive engagement and generate leads.
• Write compelling captions, scripts, and content briefs.
• Cover property inspections, client testimonials, events, and marketing activities.
• Edit and optimize content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Stay updated on content trends and social media best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content strategies.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years' proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Content Creator, or similar role.
• Must reside in or around Abraham Adesanya, Ajah, Lagos.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, articulate, and camera-friendly personality.
• Presentable appearance with a professional demeanor.
• Strong storytelling and content planning abilities.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and video editing software (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot, etc.).
• Ability to create high-quality, engaging, and conversion-driven content.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social media trends.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
• Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage.

Salary
N150,000 - N300,000 / Month
