We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full Time
The Role
You are the single point of accountability for the Product and its Delivery. You define what we build and why, then roll up your sleeves to ensure engineering ships it on time and at start-up speed.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who hates "admin" and loves "shipping."
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Set priorities based on user data and clinical goals; own the roadmap for our product features.
Requirements & Ownership: Write crisp PRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You ensure engineering never slows down due to ambiguous requirements.
End-to-End Delivery: Act as the internal "Engine Room" lead: running stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to remove technical blockers and improve team velocity.
GTM Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Growth teams to synchronize product releases with launch campaigns, ensuring the product is ready for acquisition experiments and scale.
Metrics & Outcomes: Own product KPIs (Activation, Retention, Time-to-Value) and delivery KPIs (Sprint Predictability, Cycle Time).
Hands-on Execution: You are an operator. Whether it’s running user interviews, conducting final QA, or jumping into zoho sprint to re-prioritize a bug, you do whatever it takes to get the product into the users' hands.
The Profile (Non-Negotiable):
Startup DNA: You must have clear experience in a fast-paced startup. You understand that "done is better than perfect" and know how to ship under pressure.
Ownership Mindset: You don’t "coordinate" or "administer", you own. If a feature is late or a metric is down, you are the one with the plan to fix it.
Execution over Admin: We don't want a meeting-joiner. We want someone who writes the specs, talks to the users, and understands the tech stack well enough to unblock a dev.
Growth & GTM Savvy: You understand how product features drive acquisition and how to collaborate with marketing to ensure a successful Go-To-Market.
Required Experience & Profile
4 years in Product Management with a heavy secondary focus on Delivery and Project Management.
Startup DNA & Lean Mentality: Experience working in lean environments where you must be resourceful, move fast, and achieve more with less.
Proven Track Record: You have shipped consumer-facing products end-to-end (be prepared to show us the metrics you moved).
Agile Mastery: Deep experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Miro, Zoho Sprint, ClickUp, or equivalent.
Reporting Excellence: Expert at tracking performance and providing clear, data-driven visibility into team and product health to leadership.
Ownership Mindset: You don’t "coordinate" — you own. If a feature is late, you are the one with the plan to fix it.
Important — Please only apply for this role if:
You have at least 4 years of startup-specific product experience (not corporate / admin roles).
You are a hands-on operator (you write your own PRDs, FRDs, run your own user research, and do your own QA).
You have a proven record of delivery— you know how to get a team to ship reliably and predictably.
You are comfortable in a remote-first, highly ambiguous environment where you must create order out of chaos.
Compensation
Competitive salary based on experience and proven ability to deliver. Remote-friendly.
Application Closing Date
10th July, 2026.
How to Apply
Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV and a brief cover letter to: partnerships@vivafemini.orgusing the job title as the subject of the email.
Note
In your cover letter, don't tell us about your "management style." Tell us about the last product you shipped, the biggest delivery disaster you fixed, and the specific metrics you moved. We are hiring for ability to deliver.
